Job Description:
- Serve as a Techno-Functional Analyst for Oracle 11.5.10 Accounts Payable (AP)
- Respond to user issues regarding Oracle AP
- Functional experience with Oracle AP module
- Gather user requirements for customizations, reports, and changes to existing functionality, and make recommendations as to the same
- Design, plan and conduct functional testing
- Develop test scripts and test cases for customizations
- Support user acceptance testing and obtain user sign off
- Open and coordinate service requests with Oracle Support
- Participate in future upgrades by researching changes to functionality, developing test scripts, testing changed functionality and determining impact on customizations
- Provides technical production support for the Application Development Technical staff in development, analysis, debugging and user-support tasks
