Customer Support Executive at Exalt Integral Solutions

Exalt Integral Solutions is looking for Customer Support Executive (L1 Support) at Technopark.

Job Description:

  • Should have 6 Months – 1year of experience in serving International customers.
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Windows/Linux operating systems. Additionally proficient in web based applications and have experience with multiple browsers, i.e. Firefox, Chrome, safari etc.
  • Familiarity with web portal environments and internetworking concepts
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications like Word, Excel.
  • Experience in supporting complex web based portals/tools for world-wide clients through e-mail communications.
  • Excellent communication (both written and oral) and documentation skills.
  • Respond to alerts and emergency tickets
  • Strong task execution skills; ability to take direction and work with a team and within a project plan or SLA to meet deadlines
  • The person(s) for this role must be passionate in customer support and people management.

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in science/maths/commerce or Diploma in Engineering.
